两室一厅标户，吸顶 ap 效果如何？

新房装修，有使用测试经历的大佬请赐教。（网店客服等于没有，你问就是没问题可以穿）
上下两层，打算上 8 口 poe 交换机，两个吸顶（放在厕所门口与客厅中间） 四个屋预留有线，剩下口预留监控
问题是吸顶能否有效穿墙，尤其是 5g ，我家现在用的 5g 面板弱的很，隔门就算能连上 但是速率已经衰减。2.4 倒是好不过速度只有几十 Mbps 。
我现在的号称 1200 兆的双频面板 5g 贴脸测速也就 300 多 Mbps 。大家也是这样吗？
