东南亚最大的可再生能源电力生产商之一 CKPower 已经设定目标，在 2050 年前实现其发电厂温室气体净零排放。CKPower 投资、Bangpa-in Cogeneration Company Limited 运营的两家热电联产电厂也因成功达到碳足迹标签计划的要求刚获得泰国国家温室气体办公室认证。CKPower 还将增加其可再生能源发电份额，从目前总容量的 89% 提高到 95%。该公司计划未来三年内将规模扩大一倍以上，在目前 13 座发电厂总装机量 2167MW 的基础上增加约 2800 MW 发电量。所有新增装机容量都将基于可再生能源，包括太阳能、风能和水。并且泰国已经设定了一个目标，在 2030 年之前让新车产量的 30% 变成电动汽车。
