同学因为有竞业协议而且还在公司上班，和人合伙开公司，所以找到我让我帮忙代持股份，说最后赚钱了会给部分报酬。这个我从网上也了解了部分信息，股权代持主要是有被追债、被迫出资的风险。同学跟我承诺不用我承担任何实际的资金支出，会签协议，那这样我岂不是白嫖了
