目前公司给出以下方案
1 不要赔偿, 可在 1 月份结算掉全部拖欠的薪资
2 要赔偿(满 6 个月的赔偿 1 个月薪资)，之前拖欠的薪资在 1 月、2 月、3 月等每月支付 1 个月薪资，直到全部支付完。
仲裁、走集体仲裁。
诉求是: 在 1 月份前把拖欠及赔偿的全部金额全部支付。
我问这个朋友，你公司欠了你几个月了？ 他: 3 个月了。 我: 你傻吗, 怎么能让公司拖欠这么久，当公司不按时发放你就要开始做打算了呀。 他: 这个环境想着能苟就先苟住了。。。
