据Gizmodo报道，苹果公司正面临一项集体诉讼，因为它涉嫌收集 iPhone用户的数据，虽然该公司自己的隐私设置承诺不会这样做。
在Gizmodo独家报道了关于多个 iPhone应用如何向苹果公司发送分析数据的研究后，该诉讼于周四在加州联邦法院提起。
此前，两名独立研究员在测试中发现，即使用户关闭 iPhone Analytics 选项，iPhone 上的 AppStore 仍会向 Apple 发送用户在该商店中所做几乎所有事情的详尽信息。
研究人员发现，大多数苹果内置的 iPhone 应用均存在此问题，包括 Apple Music、Apple TV 等。我们不可能知道苹果对这些数据做了什么。苹果公司到目前为止一直保持沉默。
