碳链价值APP讯，据彭博社报道，FTX 曾向美国监管机构申请一项有争议的计划，希望允许其衍生品交易所使用通过算法产生的保证金直接与投资者进行交易，FTX 全天每隔 10 秒计算一次保证金水平，抵押不足的头寸将自动清算，旨在彻底改变衍生品交易。据悉，富达投资、斯坦福大学部分教职员工以及部分律师事务所和智库，曾向美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）发出数百封支持该计划的公开信。（彭博社）
