IOS 怎么设置让用户不能使用 某些 app？一分钟都不行

目前的策略只能是在 屏幕使用时间》 app 限额中，选择多个 app 来设置使用时间，

但是最少要选择 1 分钟才行， 如果选择 0 就是不限制了。。。

请教其他解决方案。

但是有时候 还是需要授权 孩子来用一会这些 app 的。

屏幕使用时间有个问题， 例如在一分钟只能打开音乐， 回到桌面， 那么音乐就可以无限制播放。。。
