碳链价值APP讯，华为云与新加坡信息通信媒体发展局 (IMDA) 旗下Pixel Innovation Hub达成合作，启动了一个面向金融科技、Web3、元宇宙、以及软件即服务（SaaS）领域的全新孵化器计划「Spark」，主要面向新加坡和东盟国家市场。该孵化器预计将会对入选的初创公司提供25万新加坡元的第三方融资支持，同时获得价值6万美元的华为云积分、办公空间支持、以及来自万事达卡、GSR Ventures和华侨银行等行业合作伙伴的指导服务。（Businesstimes）
