11 月 5 日，以太坊联合创始人 Vitalik Buterin 在社交媒体发布新版以太坊发展路线图，其中主要变化包括：1、合并已经完成，不仅仅是关于“verkle trees”，也关于“验证”，最终阶段是“完全 SNARK”的以太坊；2、新增“The Scourge”，确保可以和公平可信的中立交易、解决 MEV 问题；3、作为第 2 阶段合并程碑的单时隙确定性（single-slot finality）。
