数字资产银行 Custodia 完成 700 万美元融资
据 The Block 11 月 1 日报道，根据提交给美国 SEC 的文件，数字资产银行 Custodia（前身为 Avanti）完成 700 万美元融资。本轮股权融资的首次发售日期是在 10 月初，共有 36 名投资者。
据悉，Custodia 由华尔街资深人士 Caitlin Long 于 2020 年创立。去年 3 月，Custodia 完成 3700 万美元 A 轮融资，Binance.US、Coinbase Ventures 和 Lemniscap 参投。截至目前，Custodia 总融资达 5100 万美元。2020 年，该公司从怀俄明州获得银行执照，须遵守《银行保密法》、反洗钱法等法规和制度。
