macOS 启动速度越来越慢了? 电脑开机一次居然要 3 分钟, 有什么办法吗?

macos Monterey 版本 12.6
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)
处理器 3.6 GHz 八核 Intel Core i9
内存 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
图形卡 Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB

iMac27 2019 版本, 1T 固态, 每年更新, 现在 12.6, 以前一直觉得启动速度不快,

今天临时开机使用, 发现启动到 LOGO 时, 进度条到中间卡着至少 1 分多钟才继续,

就使用秒表试了一下, 从按钮到密码界面, 开机一次居然要 3 分钟, 有什么办法提速吗?

别说开机后别重启, 不常用的话也不合适是吧.

现在 Windows 固态硬盘的一般配置启动只要十几秒了.

新装的 macOS 系统不知道启动速度怎么样, 但是软件太多还不想重装.有什么办法吗?
