由于各方面的变化，如今的大学生、研究生毕业就业形势严峻，很多人也不再局限于白领、专业对口，将目光投向更多“非传统”的就业领域，比如说家庭保姆。
根据市调机构艾媒咨询的数据，
2015-2020年中国家政服务业市场规模逐年增长，2020年达到8782亿元，同比增长约26.0％，2021年更是猛增至1.0149万亿元，2022年预计可达1.089万亿元。
尤其是随着中国家庭小型化、老龄化、多孩化，家政服务需求只会越来越强，而各种家政保姆招聘上过万元月薪的条件更是有着超强的吸引力。
正因为如此，越来越多的高学历人才进入家政行业。
