最新有个项目要求电脑端和移动端同时出活，页面基本上也差不多，两个端逻辑代码尽可能复用，当然两个端的有些组件的操作逻辑还是不同，不同的做封装，暴露通用的方法。
类似布局自适应，属于组件级自适应。
这种需求的话更适合用 vue 还是 react ，有没有适合的 ui 库？
