透明度达65%以上：京东方成功研发MLED“透视屏”

今天，京东方宣布，在LED透明显示领域获得了重要进展，研发出了一款拥有超高透过率的主动式驱动MLED透明显示产品。
据京东方介绍， 在这块屏幕上，研发团队成功攻克透明像素结构设计、高开口率背板等行业难题。
最终，
基于像素电路优化工艺和像素结构优化等一系列技术，这块屏幕实现了透明区透过率提高到90%以上，整体透过率达到65%以上。
同时，通过新的像素结构设计方案，该屏幕在保证背板高充电率、高均一性的前提下，实现了较高的光效，亮度可达1000nit以上，并且基于像素级亮度控制实现10万:1对比度。
