Try the NORDIC baseband .
Thank you for your answer. Do you know where I can download Nordic baseband? I tried googling, but couldn't find it.

sources this forum baseband and bootloader thread . Or flash full Nordic firmware through Odin .
If I flash full nordic firmware through odin and then reflash back lineage through recovery, baseband and bootloader will stay from nordic firmware, right?

when I run the app via android studio, the screen shows strange noise as per images.

I have tried Ressurection Remix 8.6.7(Android10) yet, It has the same problem. I guess it is based on Lineage OS 17.1 but I'll try Lineage OS 17.1
