报告：今年 Q3 区块链和加密公司融资额下降 71% 至 21 亿美元
据 Crowdfundinsider 10 月 23 日报道，FT Partners Research 发布《2022 年三季度加密和资本市场技术洞察报告》，其中指出加密和区块链私人公司融资规模从 2022 年一季度的历史最高点（74 亿美元）跌至三季度的 21 亿美元，跌幅达到 71%。2022 年第三季度的融资交易数量（199 起）比二季度的创纪录水平（275 起）下降 28%，但仍高于 2021 年的季度平均水平（151 起）。三季度加密和区块链战略融资轮次较多，62% 的融资交易至少包括一名企业投资者。此外，在 2022 年第三季度加密市场有两次 SPAC 合并，2022 年初至今总共有六次，但值得注意的是三季度取消之前宣布的四次加密和区块链领域的 SPAC 合并。
