今日消息，继三星Galaxy S23现身Geekbench跑分网站之后， 超大杯Galaxy S23 Ultra也在Geekbench上现身。
跑分网站显示，Galaxy S23 Ultra型号为SM-S918U，
配备8GB内存，单核成绩是1521，多核成绩是4689，搭载高通骁龙8 Gen2旗舰平台。
这颗芯片基于台积电4nm工艺制程打造，由超大核、大核和小核组成， 超大核主频达到了3.36GHz，大核主频达到了2.80GHz，小核主频是2.02GHz。
其中超大核是Cortex X3，大核是Cortex A715，小核是Cortex A510，GPU是Adreno 740，安兔兔跑分突破120万几乎没有太大压力。
