电脑的 DNS 服务器, 和路由器有关么

最近研究华硕路由器, 发现还支持 Dot(DNS over TLS).
那我在路由器上开启这个, 电脑的 DNS 就自动全部走路由器的设置了么

大部分情况下电脑的查询都走路由器的本地 DNS 了，但应用可以忽略系统 DHCP 获得的 DNS 。 |
