Does anyone care about interns? Well, we do.

We’re builders from SuperteamDAO. In the last one year, we’ve worked on building a talent Network, a job board, and various bounties to onboard young talent to web3. Here’s what we found:

1. Hiring interns is hard 2. Finding web3 opportunities is hard for young people

We are bridging this gap by creating a platform on which the best young talent can find work at the best web3 projects out there in the form of a structured 6-week internship and get paid up to $500/month.

I dear say that not only young people are looking for opportunities. I like the concept of bringing all parties together and helping the hiring process. I wish you the best. I assume that you earn from hiring fees?
Thanks! @valuefirst We're not earning from hiring fees. We just want to enable more and more people to find work in web3.
