日前，据报道，一位Apple Watch Series 7用户的手表在出现过热、 冒烟后最终爆炸，苹果方面做出回应，也试图让该用户不要对外界透露此事。
该用户表示，当时他发现佩戴在手腕上的Apple Watch比平时要热得多，然后又发现手表的背面已经开裂，并且手表屏幕出现由于温度过高而需要关机的警告。而这位用户当时在自己家里，室温大约在21摄氏度。
当时发现这一情况后他立即打电话给苹果支持部门，苹果公司让他在收到公司的回复之前不要碰这块手表。
然而次日，手表的情况进一步恶化。该用户醒来后发现手表摸起来更热了，而且热量已使设备的显示屏碎裂。
