最近求职，家里兄弟听说我在找工作，想帮忙找关系内推。
他问我是否想转管理岗，我说管理干不了，只能搞技术。
于是他说程序员就是“技术屌丝”，不能干一辈子，远远不如管理。
这几天反复想到这句话，心里非常不舒服，难以开解。
虽然自己也知道，在国内，程序员社会地位地下。
但这话从别人口里说出，总觉得让人不舒服，心情几天都不好了。
请问 V 友们，该如何自我开解？
