The status of your KYC verification level and associated transaction limits will now be visible when you log into your account. You can find this information displayed on the Verification screen in the Settings menu as well as on the Pop-up verification window. In accordance with your KYC verification level, there are limits on the amount of money that can be deposited, withdrawn, or transferred in a single day. If you reach your limit, you may submit additional identification documents to increase your verification level. The more effectively the system can verify your identity and trading rights in your current jurisdiction, the higher the daily limits and monthly withdrawals.

‘What’s New’ Section

A ‘What’s New’ screen lets users know when a new update is available on the App Store. It displays the complete release notes describing the update and all new features in detail. The Dashboard will display an update notification screen if a new version of the app is available in the AppStore. Verification Pop-up Modal Screens

Keeping our users safe and secure is of utmost importance to us. A new Verification pop-up screen has been implemented to ensure this security. An insufficient KYC verification level will display this screen when certain operations cannot be performed. In this window, the user gets an explanation of the limitations of the current verification level and a link to submit the necessary documentation. The user will be informed if, for example, attempting to deposit with the “Deposit” option, their current level of verification prevents them from doing so. They will then be shown the limits of their current level’s operations, as well as a button to upgrade their verification level.
