神马股份(600810.SH)公告，公司拟以现金方式对全资子公司河南平煤神马尼龙材料(遂平)有限公司增资1.73亿元，用于年产3万吨BOPA薄膜的项目建设。

2022年9月26日晚间，A股公司神马股份(600810.SH)公告，公司拟以现金方式对全资子公司河南平煤神马尼龙材料(遂平)有限公司增资1.73亿元，用于年产3万吨BOPA薄膜的项目建设。

此次拟投建的年产3万吨BOPA薄膜项目实施后，平煤神马尼龙材料(遂平)有限公司将实现年产5.5万吨BOPA薄膜产能，将跻身国内BOPA薄膜制造第一梯队。
