部分iPhone14 Pro用户充电时遇到随机重启问题
IT之家9月27日消息，此前一些苹果iPhone14Pro用户抱怨iOS16电池电量易耗尽，但可能还不是最严重的问题。现在，一些客户称他们的iPhone设备在通过MagSafe或Lightning充电时会间歇性重启。
在Reddit帖子中，一些用户抱怨iPhone14Pro在充电时随机重启。该问题在8天前已经出现，包括使用MagSafe或Lightning线缆充电。
另一位用户表示，运行iOS16.0.1的iPhone14ProMax在充电时每10-20分钟重新启动一次。IT之家获悉，其他一些人报告说，即使在iOS16.0.2或iOS16.1Beta上，问题仍然存在。
有用户称，“这种情况仅在电池充电90-95%（尤其是93%）并且手机处于空闲状态时才会发生。到目前为止，唯一能做的事情（截至目前两晚没有重新启动）是禁用后台应用程序刷新。”
对于那些有能力的用户来说，最好的选择是在14天内退回他们的iPhone手机，然后再购买一部-或者在当地的AppleStore零售店要求更换新机。
