NVIDIA Ada Lovelace RTX 40系列采用了特殊的台积电4N工艺，NVIDIA定制版本， 实际上属于台积电5nm工艺家族。
事实上， 台积电5nm家族版本非常丰富，包括标准版N5、性能增强版N5P、N4、N4P、N4X、NVIDIA 4N。
虽然命名上很有迷惑性，但是台积电4N工艺在规格上还是不错的，远胜RTX 30系列的三星N8 8nm。
