韩媒：三星放弃为3D NAND闪存寻找新的光刻胶供应商
据韩国电子产业媒体The Elec 9月21日报道，三星已经取消了增加光刻胶供应商的计划。光刻胶是生产3D NAND闪存芯片的关键成分。消息人士称，该公司曾与至少四家潜在的日本供应商接触，包括世界上最大的光刻胶制造商东京应化工业。但这些公司都无法满足三星的厚度要求。
韩国的Dongjin Semichem公司到目前为止已经为三星提供了近十年的光刻胶，并将继续成为唯一的供应商。但多年来，三星一直试图减少对这家公司的依赖。
