香港金管局：需要为将来可能推出数码港元展开准备工作
据金十数据 9 月 20 日讯，香港金融管理局今日（9 月 20 日）发表题为《数码港元—迈出新一步》的政策立场文件，阐述金管局对零售层面央行数码货币（即数码港元或 e-HKD）的政策立场及未来发展路向。根据这次研究所得及收到的意见，金管局将会展开工作，为将来可能推出数码港元作出准备，并将采取三轨道方式：第一轨道旨在为日后推出数码港元奠定技术及法律基础。第二轨道会与第一轨道并行。第三轨道关乎正式推出数码港元，主要为归纳第一及第二轨道的阶段性成果，从而作出更全面的部署，并订下推出数码港元的时间表。
