23 届校招后端简历求优化改进建议

学历背景不好，双非本，秋招从八月下投到现在只有三家面试，大部分是笔试后无回应或部门复筛不通过。感觉很大一部分原因是自己简历出问题了，还请各位大佬们提些宝贵建议，十分感谢

实习这块确实因为自己做的比较杂，没有机会完整地参与到一整个项目中去，所以在写法上就是按自己 okr 的格式来描述的，感觉是啥都干啥都没干的感觉。

其次项目经历这个模块能让面试官感兴趣吗，因为秋招面试了好几次都没有问到项目相关的，不知道是不是面试官觉得没意思不感兴趣之类的
