据媒体报道，设计软件巨头Adobe接近实现对竞争对手Figma的收购， 此次交易对后者的估值高达150亿美元（约合998亿元人民币）。
资料显示，Figma成立于2012年，是一家主力经营在线设计工具的企业，其产品和Adobe旗下的Illustrator、Photoshop和XD等形成直接竞争。
Figma现有800名员工，今年预计营收4亿美元。
按照微软副总裁Jon Friedman的说法，微软公司内部，已有上万设计人员、开发者、数据科学家、销售员的主力软件从Adobe改用Figma。
