B站回应诉争哔哩哔哩商标被驳回：该食品类商标曾被抢注
站长之家（ChinaZ.com）9月15日 消息:近日，B站关联公司上海幻电信息科技有限公司与国家知识产权局信息电讯行政管理行政一审判决书公开。
在此案中，B站宣布对健德食品公司所持诉争商标“哔哩哔哩”提出无效宣告请求。
不过，最终法院认为，B站因在案证据均不足以证明引证商标“BILIBILI”在其核定使用的培训等服务上具有了较高的知名度，B站的诉讼请求被驳回。
据新浪科技消息，针对上述情况，B站回应称，接到用户投诉，反映在电商平台上购买了“猫村长”与“哔哩哔哩 bilibili”商标的联名食品，但这些联名食品实际上与B站没有关系。
B站解释称，“哔哩哔哩 bilibili”的食品类别在2017年曾被四季自造文化有限公司抢注，该公司后将商标转让至晋江建德食品有限公司，导致消费者误认为是B站官方联名或授权产品。
