B站诉争哔哩哔哩商标被驳回！B站回应：相关公司销售品质不佳食物，误导消费者
新浪科技讯 9月14日晚间消息，近日，B站诉争哔哩哔哩商标被驳回引发热议，遭驳回理由是不符合驰名商标认定的标准。对此，哔哩哔哩向新浪科技回应称，过去一段时间里接到用户投诉，反映在电商平台上购买了“猫村长”与“哔哩哔哩bilibili”商标的联名食品，从椰子冻到吸吸果冻，品类众多，品质不佳，而这些联名食品与B站没有关系。
哔哩哔哩表示，B站相关商标“哔哩哔哩bilibili”的食品类别在2017年曾被四季自造文化有限公司抢注，该公司后将商标转让至晋江建德食品有限公司生产果冻等糖类产品，并在各大电商平台销售，导致消费者误认为是B站官方联名或授权产品。
B站呼吁希望大家购买前多加甄别，避免消费者权益受损。
