Across product and marketing teams I've led at Feedback Loop, Coderbyte, and JOON, we've used session replay and heatmap products for close to a decade. These tools generate important and actionable insights, but they've unfortunately gotten more expensive and bloated over time. We felt that the session replay market needed a self-serve, affordable alternative so we built one.
