腾讯出品的《三体》电视剧暂定于9月播出，由杨磊执导，张鲁一、于和伟、陈瑾、王子文、林永健、李小冉领衔主演，共24集。
除了影视版权外，腾讯还享有将《三体》录制成音频作品的独占性授权。
日前，上海知识产权法院公告了一则有关腾讯《三体》音频著作权的维权结果。
2019年，腾讯公司通过网络取证，认为荔枝公司的荔枝App中存在大量主播上传的《三体》音频内容，于是向上海市浦东新区人民法院提起诉讼。
