赶在9月8日凌晨的苹果发布会前，有爆料人晒出了iPhone 14系列官方保护壳上架的照片。
壳子的颜色有橙色、黄色、绿色、紫色、褐色、黑色、浅蓝、深蓝、粉红等，选择很丰富。
爆料人还进一步指出，iPhone 14 Max大概率不存在，会被叫做iPhone 14 Plus，他对此有99%的把握。
如果属实的话，这将是继2017年后，“Plus”时隔5年再次出现在iPhon机型上。
从各方消息来看，iPhone 14 Plus的屏幕尺寸将是系列最大，略超过6.7英寸。不过，配置方面，它和入门版iPhone 14类似，延续A15处理器，内存会升级到6GB，后置主摄依然是1200万像素。
不同于Pro系列，普通数字版还将无缘120Hz高刷屏、息屏显示等特性。
价格方面，128GB的iPhone 14 Plus起步价预计6699~6999元之间，有线下店铺给出的预售价高达7399元。
