This is Robin, Founder & CEO of SmartCue. I spent my professional life as a Solution Consultant/Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect and it pained me to see my team simply treated as the 'demo guys (and gals!)' simply because my sales reps were not able to do their own demos well. They either pulled us in or did cookie-cutter, 'one-size-fits-all' demos 🤦♂️ . No amount of training or enablement worked! Of course, our close rates suffered when the SE could not get involved! 🫤
So I decided to solve the problem by building SmartCue! Our north star at SmartCue is to enable sales teams to deliver personalized product demos WITHOUT adding friction to their existing workflows. Forcing change or adding friction was the biggest reason for the lack of adoption of sales enablement tools at my prior companies.
