Win10 LTSC获KB5016690更新：终于能顺利关机了

对于很多使用Win10 LTSC版或者Server 2019版的用户来说，这一段时间以来，关机或重启电脑都是一件具有挑战性的事情。
今天，微软正式为Win10 LTSC/Server 2019推送了KB5016690累积更新，
终于修复了此前用户关闭或重启系统时，有可能出现“0x1E”报错的问题。
除了这一恼人的Bug外，此次更新还修复了大量Bug，并对系统做出了优化 ，具体如下：
-增强Microsoft Defender for Endpoint识别和拦截勒索软件和高级攻击的能力。
