WMV 的视频拖动进度条

wmv 这个奇葩格式陪伴我们已经好多好多年，这么多年来我一直都被其深深困扰。
1.首先是这个格式在手机上播放无法硬解，跳转需要等待一些时间，还有的播放器拖动进度条后会出现慢动作。
2.其次是 ffmpeg 下转换效率超级低，我用甲骨文 arm 的机器以及一个 i5-8500b 的 ubuntu 进行过转换，wmv-h264 ，速度只有 x0.6 左右。
各位大佬，有没有什么办法让观看 wmv 的体验变得更好，更优雅呢
