俄罗斯对“北溪-1”管道停气3天 欧洲电价继续涨：德法英等崩溃

当地时间8月19日，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司宣布，“北溪-1”天然气项目管道仅剩的一台涡轮机将于8月31日至9月2日停机检修三天，期间该管道将暂停天然气运输。
这让原本欧洲就很紧张的用电需求，再一次陷入了困境，因为陷入能源危机，不少国家的店家已经暴涨了500%，但依然没有太大的改观。
该声明写道，检修工作完成后，如果没有发现技术故障，将以3300万立方米/日（管道满负荷的20%）的速度恢复天然气输送。
自6月中旬起，俄气公司将北溪-1号输送的天然气削减到了最大输送量的40%，随后在7月底又进一步降至20%。
