东芯半导体：19nm闪存完成首轮流片 暂时不做3D闪存

说到国产NAND闪存，大家肯定第一个想到长江存储，但在这一行业努力的还有很多家。
8月19日，东芯半导体在回答投资者提问时透露， 该公司采用19nm先进工艺的NAND Flash闪存产品已完成了首轮流片，目前正在产品调试的过程中。
东芯称，公司在更新工艺方面不断钻研，从38nm、24nm再到正在开发的19nm的工艺，通过更新工艺来为客户带来更具性价比、更高容量的产品。
对于是否会进军3D NAND闪存，东芯回应称， 目前聚焦于中小容量通用型存储芯片的研发、设计和销售，暂不涉及3D NAND业务。
