有没有把 exe 打包成 uwp 程序的方法，用来双开微信

平时上班要多开微信，大号是自己的，小号是公司的号，之前都是大号用官网下载的，小号用应用商店下载的。大号设置 CTRL+ALT+W 打开微信，小号 CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+W 打开微信，方便摸鱼和切换。 但是应用商店的微信版本太老了，多开脚本开的微信每次打开都要设置一次快捷键，很麻烦，有没有办法能自己打包一个 UWP 。 试过绿色版和打包单文件版，都不能达到要求。
