据中国网报道，近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《“十四五”文化发展规划》，并发出通知，要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。其中提到为加强数字版权保护，推动数字版权发展和版权业态融合，鼓励有条件的机构和单位建设基于区块链技术的版权保护平台。引导和鼓励文化企业运用区块链等新技术，改造提升产业链，促进内容生产和传播手段现代化，重塑文化发展模式。
