重庆限电长达11天！几十家半导体企业受冲击

8月16日晚，重庆市经济和信息化委员会、国网重庆电力公司联合发布《关于扩大工业企业让电于民实施范围的紧急通知》。
通知指出，受持续高温天气影响，全市用电负荷持续攀升，在发电机组应发尽发、外送通道全部满头的情况下，高峰时段存在较大缺口。
为确保电力安全有序供应，保障群众基本需求，启动有序用电一级方案，纳入有序用电方案的所有电力用户必须全部参与执行(保安负荷除外)，让电于民， 时间从8月17日00点至24日24点 (后序限电将会根据汽温变化和供需形势及时调整)。
此前8月12日，重庆市北碚区曾发布通知，8月14日至22日限电。
