元宇宙招聘潮开启：500 万高薪不稀奇，技术人才最稀缺
据澎湃新闻 8 月 13 日消息，记者从多家互联网、游戏类企业获悉，计划在近期扩大元宇宙人才招聘规模。
在大厂屡屡“过冬”、降本增效裁员的现状下，元宇宙人才需求依旧很高，企业之间竞争激烈。薪资方面，业内人士告诉记者，普遍应届生能达到 40 万 - 50 万元左右，10 年经验的资深工程师薪资约为 100 万 - 200 万元，对于特别优秀的人才，开出 400 万 - 500 万元的高薪都不稀奇。
包括红杉中国、高瓴创投等国内一线投资机构也向记者透露，已在元宇宙领域布局多家初创企业。
