8月11日中芯国际发布了2022年Q2季度财报，虽然业绩大涨41.6%，但是中芯国际也针对全球芯片发展做出了判断，认为部分芯片有“速冻急停”的现象了，这一波的调整会持续到明年上半年。
在昨天的财报会议上，中芯国际联席CEO赵海军表示，“上半年集成电路产业链受双重周期叠加影响，给市场带来了一些恐慌情绪和不确定性，
部分产业链环节甚至出现了‘速冻急停’的极端反应。”
据他所说，“速冻急停”主要是设计端、中间商和制造厂之间存在一个放大倍数。“很多厂商现在主要在消耗库存，手机、电视等领域感受特别明显。”
赵海军表示，智能手机仍然在消化库存、消费电子需求疲软，而汽车电子、绿色能源、工业控制等领域需求依然保持稳健增长。
