昨晚（8月10日），三星发布折叠屏双旗舰Galaxy Z Flip4和Galaxy Z Fold4。
据 比亚迪电子 ， 两款手机的金属中框由比亚迪电子主力供应，由两个中框件及一个转轴件高度配合组装而成。
比亚迪介绍，边框采用了轻且坚固的高强度航空7系铝材料，对精密铰链和内部结构进行包裹，进而带来严密保护。
对于折叠屏手机来说，对中框平整度要求很高，为此比亚迪电子研发团队从治具、刀具、注塑进胶方式、CNC加工策略等方面进行多达30多种验证方案，最终满足产品平面度要求，并采用高亮阳极方案，呈现出颜色一致、棱线分明的外观效果。
