I'm Serge Sigal, founder and CEO of Wind4Tune, a startup that provides HR services to distributed teams 🌎
The product I'm bringing to you today results from my pain. My co-workers are located across the globe, from Asia to the US, and as a founder and part-time HR specialist on my project, I am always confused when my co-worker's birthdays come: - What should I gift? 🎂 - How to deliver? 🛵 - How to remember? 🤔
Developing my expertise in this field, I decided to share my corporate gift-giving solution with you. I'm assuming that if you're leading a team that operates remotely or in a hybrid format, you have the same issue.
In our team, we designed the subscription-based platform that: - Analyze the birthdays status of your employees - Send automatic birthday reminders 7 days in advance and on the day of the event - Pitch welcoming greeting - Deliver gifts and coordinate the shipping schedule with the recipient upon the subscription options
