现在的笔记本电池，插电用好还是不插电用？

才用了 2 年多的 MBP ，电池居然鼓包了，放在桌子上都不稳，所幸苹果给免费更换了。
天才吧告诉我说不要一直插电用，那我真的不知道怎么用了，插一会拔，拔一会再插？用得挺别扭，还会不断增加 Cycle 计数。感觉请了个老爷回来。。
唉，不知道现在的 MBP 能不能自己更换电池？，能的话就随便用，不管它了。
