Hi I have a Samsung galaxy A72 SM -A725F/DS

When my phone is locked for a while in my pocket the touch screen becomes unresponsive and have to hard reboot after reboot touch screen works perfectly fine.

My phone is not rooted still original firmware

Some help would be much appreciated
Solution
Can't think of hardware damage cause then it will be permanently it only happens sometimes when screen is locked.

Need to know where to download proper and original software?

Google search for:

"Return to stock (your specific model number)"

That should find links to firmware, software tools and guides.

Go to system settings>display, see if you have a setting called "Accidental Touch Protection" and if it is enabled. That feature could be activating and then freezing the screen when you try to turn it back on.

Yeah, that would solve any software issues. If there is still a problem after that, maybe hardware damage?
