威联通 NAS 的 Docker 里安装 HA，然后这上传正常吗？

我发现这个 Dokcer 好像还挺占用上传的，目前就安装了一个 HA ，应该没有那么大上传吧。想请教下大家，这个上传正常吗？
另外我单独在 NAS 里装了个网心云的迅雷插件跑着玩，最近显示 NAT 很不稳定，不知道和这个有没有关系。
光猫——软路由拨号（开 UPNP ）——AX6000——NAS 软路由后面也挂了 2 台京东云
