郑州联通家宽，上网速度超慢，但是 BT 下载却能跑满

近几天使用家里宽带上网，国内站点要半到一分钟才能加载出来页面内容，国外站点基本打不开。使用代理工具解决了国外站点打不开的问题，然而速度比开国内网站差不了多少。虚拟机里的 Ubuntu 18.04 使用 USTC 源，更新时时常下载失败，报 502 错误。
但是我用 qBittorrent 下了几个番，合计 80GB ，总是能把下载速度跑满。
经过排查，这种情况已经持续 2-3 天，家里除了我偶尔下番之外没有设备挤占带宽，且家里其他人上网也有一样的问题。
问题可能出在哪里？
